How do I track my order?

What if my package gets lost of arrives damaged?

At Azzoria, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if anything isn’t right, we’re here to resolve it quickly and smoothly.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please follow these steps:

How long does delivery take?

We work hard to ensure your Azzoria order reaches you quickly and safely.

Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (depending on your location)

Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2. Wait a few hours – occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered a little early

How do I cancel my order?

Because we begin processing your order immediately after it’s placed, cancellation requests are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify it. This allows us to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

Because we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes once an order has been packed or shipped.
